Stephen W. Mullins
Steve W. Mullins began the practice of law in 1986 and has continuously
practiced with a focus in personal injury, complex product liability and toxic
torts along the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Steve has continued his practice in
these areas with extensive involvement in Construction Defect and Toxic
Mold litigation in the States of Mississippi, Louisiana and Alabama, and is
involved in cases in Wyoming, Montana, Nevada and Florida.
Steve’s first involvement in Construction Defect and Mold Litigation came
approximately seven (7) years ago when he represented several local
builders and contractors in EIFS cases. From that time his emphasis has
been almost exclusively representing small builders and individual claimants
and now represents, almost 1,000 clients throughout the States of Alabama,
Mississippi and Louisiana for mold related cases including insurance bad
faith, construction defect and product liability.

CCA of Mississippi, American Trial Lawyers Association Toxic Mold Litigation
Group (officer)and the Construction Defect Litigation Group, as well as the
State Conservation Associations.
