Patrick W. Pendley –

Chris Coffin –

He has been heavily involved in multiple class action and mass tort cases throughout the United States and has served as a leader in many national lawsuits representing thousands of individuals. Chris is also a RN and intimately familiar with medical issues.
Nicholas R. Rockforte –

He is an avid outdoorsman and knows the areas of Louisiana well that were hardest hit by the spill.

Dennis Reich –
Reich & Binstock (Houston, TX), devotes his practice almost exclusively to toxic and environmental litigation. He has served as either lead or colead counsel in numerous large-scale toxic tort cases and has been successful in obtaining recoveries for these people. Dennis is also on the litigation team of the FEMA trailer cases in New Orleans.
Stephen Mullins –
Luckey & Mullins LLC (Ocean Springs, MS), Former President of the Mississippi Association for Justice, Jackson County Bar association and CCA of Mississippi. has served as counsel in many of the largest chemical and waste contamination cases in Mississippi and neighboring states including the Baker-Florida School System Isocynates cases, Abney v Morton International (the largest groundwater contamination case in Mississippi history), and represented tens of thousands of injured and exposed workers though out the years recovering count verdicts and settlements in the millions. Steve is intimately familiar with local fisheries issues having grown up in Ocean Springs, and being an avid fisherman. He serves as a intail Board Member of Asian Americans for change, and is a regular guest speaker to lawyers, regulators, and fisherman groups concerning BP, and other fisheries matters.
